Seller and scope
The seller is Sopika Uthayakumar, sole proprietor, French business number (SIREN) 823 758 065, reachable at sopika16@hotmail.fr. The establishment number (SIRET), business address and phone number appear on this page and in the order confirmation. These terms apply only to the Tamil e-curriculum. Private lessons booked through the calendar have separate terms. The PDFs shown in the shop are not for sale.
Content and price
A single €5.00 payment gives access to the online spoken Tamil paths for adults and children aged 7 to 12. The first lesson of each path is free. The purchase does not include private lessons or downloadable PDFs. The total price, including applicable taxes and fees, is repeated before card payment is confirmed on Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Order and confirmation
Before paying, you verify your email address with a code, accept these terms and expressly request immediate access. You can correct your address before payment. Stripe shows the order summary and amount before final confirmation. After payment, UTHAYA sends a durable confirmation to the verified address including the purchased content, price, accepted terms, your immediate-access choice and the model withdrawal form. Keep this email.
Supply and access duration
Both paths become available online once payment is confirmed and the contract confirmation has been delivered to your email address. Access has no fixed end date and no subscription. You can recover it on another device through a temporary link sent to that address. If supply fails or the service is interrupted, email sopika16@hotmail.fr so UTHAYA can restore access or apply your statutory rights.
Features and requirements
You need a recent browser and an internet connection. Children’s activities are designed for use with an adult. Lessons provide text, transcriptions, review cards and interactive exercises. This purchase does not promise individual tuition, reference audio recordings or a uniform language outcome. Some activities let learners record themselves locally without uploading the recording. Progress saved in your browser may be lost if browser data is cleared.
Personal and family use
The purchase permits personal and family use of the paths. Resale, redistribution, publication or public sharing requires written permission. Contact UTHAYA for a classroom or association licence.
Withdrawal
A distance contract can generally be withdrawn from within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving a reason. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may be lost when you expressly request supply before the period ends, acknowledge the loss of the right, receive durable confirmation of that choice and supply then begins. Until those conditions are met, you may exercise any applicable right by sending an unambiguous declaration to Sopika. An online withdrawal function will be identified when sales open. If you prefer delayed supply to retain the period, contact UTHAYA before ordering.
Model withdrawal form
Use when the withdrawal right remains available: “To Sopika Uthayakumar, 69B rue de la Chapelle, 75018 Paris, France, sopika16@hotmail.fr. I hereby withdraw from my contract for the UTHAYA e-curriculum ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Order email: [address]. Order reference: [reference]. Date: [date].” Send by email or post.
Conformity, support and disputes
The statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services remains available. If the content or access differs from its description, email Sopika at sopika16@hotmail.fr. Following a written complaint that has not been resolved, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by UTHAYA. Its details will appear here before sales open. Applicable consumer rights and jurisdiction rules are preserved.
Personal data
The verified address, order and consent records are used to perform the contract and recover access without an account. Stripe handles payment data. Supabase stores orders and access rights; Resend sends transactional messages. The privacy policy explains this processing and your rights.
